I’m Yonca. I can’t sing, I can’t juggle and I can’t eat off metal plates. 

What I can do is I can come up with ideas for global ad campaigns. I can envision the bigger picture and I can express it to suits, directors, photographers, designers and young creatives. 
I can think in images and craft the art. I can do 90, 60 or 30 second TV scripts about sausages, alcoholic beverages and other basic needs products. Like 360° cameras. I can talk to you in English, German, Spanish and Turkish. And I can touch the tip of my nose with my tongue.  I'm a multidisciplinary Creative Director with 12 years of experience, currently freelancing between London, Amsterdam and Berlin.

To make running cool again we introduced a city attack campaign that would rebrand running in Berlin and tell the youth: ‘‘Don’t run. Race’’. Celebrating a true racing mindset, we explored the inspiring stories of ten German kids and how they capture the energy to move faster than the rest, to pursue their goals and unleash their full potential.

The new adidas Forum was designed to be a platform for all, inviting everyone to be their true self. And since there is no one single definiton of being true to yourself, we created a campaign that explores the meaning behind it.

Knowing that trends are a total enemy to the planet, adidas decided to update the iconic Stan Smith. They kept the same design from 1973 but optimised the materials to make it greener. And we inspired our audience to untrend their wardrobes by travelling through decades to show that the timeless design of the Stan Smith is not a one-off trend.

With this campaign we helped Lucky Generals win their very first account. Our brief was to make the brand cool again. And our idea was to revisit the brand's cinematic heritage and ask what a top moviemaker would do with Kahlúa and its cocktails. The result is Kahlúa Productions, millions of YouTube views and a 5% sales uplift.&#38;nbsp;

With the new C-MAX and its new technologies, Ford were launching a family car that would offer parents something they always need: a way to make family life as easy as possible. We discovered that to do so the average parents tell about 3,000 lies to each of their kids. That’s a lot of lies. And for us, 
it was a lot of material to start the conversation in an interesting way.&#38;nbsp;
